Air Duct System Cleaning and Sanitizing

The Sidewinder Duct Cleaning System is the most versatile cleaning tool for all sizes of ducts made of metal, flex, duct board, and even internally insulated types. It effectively dislodges debris and air scrubs the interior surfaces of any duct system. The Sidewinder requires a 2-stage truck mounted compressor capable of 175 PSI at 14-25 CFM.

The Industrial Two Stage Truck Mounted Compressor will provide 27 CFM at 175 P.S.I. of compressed air to obtain the highest level of duct cleaning performance from all equipment, including the Sidewinder Duct Cleaning System. After cleaning the Air Duct System, it should be Decontaminated by fogging it with an EPA registered sanitizer to retard biological growth and prevent any residual debris from migrating into the occupied area.The all new Fogger 2600 provides a well controlled cold mist and will disperse Sporicidine Solution to Decontaminate Residential and Commercial Air Duct Systems.

The Negative Air machine connects to the Main Trunk, Supply Vent or Return Duct system and removes virtually all hazardous airborne particles, controls the spread of contamination, and removes a wide range of odors and chemicals. The machine produces high air movement required for duct cleaning. It completes duct cleaning thoroughly while ensuring a clean environment. The Duct Vacuum draws these deposits through a large diameter hose and into a collection chamber. A large HEPA filter bag traps the material. Fine particles are filtered to 0.3 microns by an electrostatic filter, a prefilter, and a HEPA filter. Only “clean,” safe air passes through vacuum exhaust.
